OUR MUSTARDS

We make our own mustards on our farm in Chemilly-sur-Yonne.

DIJON MUSTARD

Ingredients : water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt, preservative: sodium bisulfite.

Dijon mustard is only packaged by us.

ESPELETTE CHILLI PEPPER MUSTARD

Ingredients : water, spirit vinegar, mustard seeds, tomato based sauce (tomato puree, salt, sunflower oil, sugar, herbs, dehydrated onions, pepper, acidifier: citric acid, salt, sugar, PDO Espelette chilli pepper (1.8%), spices, antioxidant: potassium disulfite.

WHOLE GRAIN MUSTARD WHITH CHABLIS

Ingredients : water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt, sugar, Chablis white wine (3,5%), spices, acidifier: citric acid, antioxidant: potassium disulfite. 

HONEY MUSTARD

Ingredients : water, spirit vinegar, mustard seeds, honey (11%), sugar, salt, spices, acidifier: citric acid, antioxidant: potassium disulfite. 

GHERKINS MUSTARD

Ingredients : water, gherkins (20%), mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt, sugar, white wine, spices, dehydrated herbs, acidifier: citric acid, antioxidant: potassium disulfite.
