Four delicious recipes are now available:
Caviar de Courgettes, Caviar d’Aubergines, Caviar d’Olives et Figues, and of course the essential Caviar de Cornichons.
They contain no colorants, preservatives or artificial flavoring.

BLACK OLIVE AND FIG CAVIAR

Ingredients: black olives, dried figs, water, sugar, vanilla.

GHERKIN CAVIAR

Ingredients: gherkins, breadcrumbs, vinegar, water, salt, sugar, mustard seeds, dill, garlic, olive oil.

CARROT CAVIAR

Ingredients: carott, honey, hazelnut oil, salt, pepper.

ZUCCHINI CAVIAR

Ingredients: green zucchini, goat's cheese, turmeric, curry, garlic, onion, salt, pepper.

CELERY CAVIAR

Ingredients: celeriac, turnip, crème fraîche, onion, truffle flavor, water, salt, pepper.

SWEET POTATO CAVIAR

Ingredients: sweet potato, crème fraîche, tahini, water, truffle flavor, salt, pepper.

EGGPLANT CAVIAR

Ingredients: eggplant, dried tomato, rapeseed oil, fried onions, salt, herbs de provence, oregano, mint, pepper.

TOMATO CAVIAR

Ingredients: tomato, dried tomato, pepper, breadcrumbs, garlic, Grana Panado, rapeseed oil, basil, Espelette pepper, pepper.

BUTTERNUT CAVIAR

Ingredients: butternut squash, candied lemon, lemon juice, verbena, salt, pepper.
